These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://mloun.com and the services provided by Foshan Mloun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Mloun”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mloun provides WordPress website development, WooCommerce builds, SEO & GEO optimization, website migration and repair, hosting & care plans, and sells digital products (plugin licenses). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual written quotes or order confirmations, which form part of these Terms.

2. Quotes, Payment & Acceptance

  • Quotes are fixed-price and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Custom projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments as agreed.
  • Deliverables are considered accepted when you approve them in writing, or 7 days after delivery without a documented defect report.
  • Late payments may pause work and delay delivery dates proportionally.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content, materials, and timely feedback.
  • Confirm you hold rights to all materials you supply (text, images, logos, trademarks).
  • Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials we issue to you.
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed review windows.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your content — you retain all rights to materials you provide.
  • Deliverables — upon full payment, custom website designs and code created for you are assigned to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks, which we license to you for use within the delivered project.
  • Our plugins & digital products — licensed, not sold, under the License Agreement published on this site.
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and external services (hosting, payment gateways, CDNs). These remain subject to their own licenses and terms. We are not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, or pricing changes.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. Except as stated in a written quote or the Refund and Returns Policy, services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific rankings, or specific revenue outcomes. SEO and GEO results depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mloun’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Care Plans & Subscriptions

Care plans renew monthly until canceled. Either party may cancel with notice before the next billing date. We may decline or discontinue service for sites engaged in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business information and project credentials as confidential and use them only to deliver your project.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the courts of Foshan, Guangdong.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
