This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all plugins, themes, and other digital products (“Products”) sold by Foshan Mloun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Mloun”) through https://mloun.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, Mloun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on the number of websites covered by your license tier (single-site, multi-site, or unlimited, as shown at checkout).

2. License Activation

  • Each license key activates on the number of domains included in your tier.
  • Licenses are validated against the domain at activation; moving to a new domain may require deactivating the old one first.
  • Development and staging domains (e.g., *.local, staging.*, dev.*) do not count against your limit.

3. Updates & Support

  • Active licenses include product updates and technical support for the period stated at purchase (typically 12 months).
  • After the support period ends, the Product keeps working, but updates and support require renewal.
  • Renewal pricing is shown in your account or at checkout.

4. Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key or Product files.
  • Do not remove license verification or attribution code.
  • Do not use Products on websites engaged in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
  • Reverse engineering is prohibited except where required by applicable law.

5. Ownership

Mloun retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. This Agreement grants usage rights only; no ownership transfers to you.

6. Warranty & Refunds

Products are warranted to perform substantially as described. If a Product does not work as described and our support cannot resolve it, our Refund and Returns Policy applies (14-day money-back guarantee).

7. Termination

We may terminate a license if this Agreement is breached (e.g., key sharing or resale). Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Product. Refund eligibility after termination is governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mloun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Product use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes handled in Foshan, Guangdong.
